Return Policy
We at Bevongo.com want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
RETURNS
You may return an item within [15] days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@bevongo.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [10] business days.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
